In the exhibition, Edgar Hagen, filmmaker and director, will be talking to Martina Siegwolf, art mediator and lecturer at the Institute Arts and Design Education at the FHNW University of Applied Sciences in front of the works Dead Troops Talk (1992) and Restoration (1992). Jeff Wall’s subtly staged scenes are ‘condensed’ films, which tell stories on various levels and invite audiences to discuss them. Meeting point: Foyer. Enjoy a relaxed evening out at the museum after work: ‘Friday Beyeler’ is the perfect way to kick off the weekend. The museum is open until 9 pm and the restaurant until 10 pm. Unless otherwise stated, admission to ‘Friday Beyeler’ is included in the museum ticket. If you spend at least CHF 25 per person in the restaurant, you can enter the museum on the same evening for free. Valid on Fridays between 6 and 9 pm.
