Beyeler Ball

On the last weekend of October, the Fondation Beyeler will once again be hosting its famous «Beyeler Ball». This year, the evening will be themed around the «Día de los Muertos», setting the mood for our upcoming Frida Kahlo exhibition, which opens on 31 January 2027. Taking our inspiration from the vibrant Mexican festival of remembrance and commemoration, together we will celebrate Frida Kahlo and her work, in honour of Mexico’s most famous female artist. Both the Beyeler Museum and the Wyss Museum, the Ammann Pavillon, the park and the Beyeler Restaurant will be open through midnight. Mariachi music, a film collage on the «Día de los Muertos», a photo booth for lasting special memories and a dancefloor hosted by DJ Princess Julia will carry us through the night.
