1. Subject matter
The competition "Advent Competition" (hereinafter referred to as the competition) offered on the Fondation Beyeler's Instagram account is organised and operated by Beyeler Museum AG (hereinafter referred to as "Fondation Beyeler"). The prizes are provided by the Fondation Beyeler and its various partner companies.
No purchase necessary: participants are under no obligation to purchase goods in order to take part in or win this competition. Participants' information is used solely for the purposes of the prize draw and notifying winners. The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these competition terms and conditions. 2. Eligibility to Participate
This competition is open to all natural persons worldwide who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of the Fondation Beyeler and its respective affiliated companies and subsidiaries, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, children, siblings, and parents), are not eligible to participate. Employees of the respective cooperation partner are also excluded from participating in the competition. Only one entry per person and address is permitted.
A violation of the above-mentioned provisions will result in the exclusion of the participant. Responsibility for the receipt of the entry lies solely with the respective participant. The Fondation Beyeler is not liable for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information. Incorrect information will automatically be declared invalid and will lead to the exclusion of the participant concerned. By participating in this competition, participants give their full and unconditional consent to these complete and official terms and conditions of participation and to the decisions of the Fondation Beyeler, which shall be regarded as final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.

Participation in the competition begins on 26.11.2026 and ends on 23.11.2026 (11:59 pm).
The winners will be drawn from all valid entries during this period and will be notified via direct message on Instagram after the competition ends. Legal recourse is excluded. The complete terms and conditions of participation can be found on our website.

All matters and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these general terms and conditions of participation or the rights and obligations of participants and Fondation Beyeler in connection with the prize draw shall be governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law rules (Private International Law), including all questions of interpretation, without regard to choice of law provisions or conflict of law rules of any other jurisdiction.
6. Liability of Fondation Beyeler
Should the administration, proper participation, or execution of the competition be impaired by unauthorized interference or any other reason beyond the control of Fondation Beyeler, Fondation Beyeler may, at its own discretion and without any liability, cancel, terminate, suspend, or extend the competition in whole or in part.
Fondation Beyeler is not liable for technical failures or errors. This also includes network server failures or hardware errors, viruses, bugs, programming errors, errors in telephone transmission or communication, as well as other errors beyond the control of Fondation Beyeler.
The winner(s) of the prize assume(s) full liability for any damages or impairments resulting from participation in this competition or from the use, improper use, non-use, or withdrawal of any prize.
Under no circumstances shall Fondation Beyeler, its representatives, and agents be liable for any claims or damages that may arise for participants as a result of taking part in this competition.
