As host of the evening, iart – Studio für Mediale Architekturen will provide behind-the-scenes insights into the multimedia space of the exhibition ‘Matisse – Invitation to the Voyage’ at the Fondation Beyeler. In collaboration with international artists and architectural firms, iart designs and plans experiential spaces that create immersive experiences with conscious use of the latest digital technologies. During an interactive tour, Marius Hügli from iart will show how, for instance, historical photos of Matisse working in the studio are brought to life, or how windows with animated landscapes and people tell exciting stories. Participants can experience first-hand the magic that occurs when technology and art come together perfectly. Meeting point: foyer in the museum. The event will be held in German.
